Set in the beautiful market town of Crieff, just an hour from Glasgow and Edinburgh, Campbell’s Bakery invites small groups to learn the craft and heritage of Scottish baking.
Award-winning 7th generation baker Iain Campbell, shares his wealth of knowledge with classes tailored for small tour groups.
The class gathers around the large working table following Iain step-by-step through a recipe gaining a unique insight into an icon of Scottish baking.
Participants take away their own handmade shortbread, oatcakes or Outlander bannocks in travel-friendly packs to bring home from their trip – if they don’t eat them first!
