Back To Floorplan The Castle & Gardens Of Mey
The Castle & Gardens of Mey opened in 2002 after the death of the Queen Mother. Several floors in the Castle are open to the public and the Prince of Wales takes a great interest in the development of the gardens and grounds.

The Visitor Centre has a tearoom with stunning views to Orkney and a unique gift shop, and our new Animal Centre will be very popular with children and adult alike.

Coach tours are very welcome but are requested to book in advance . We are open daily from1stMay to 30thSeptemberhowever we will beclosed from 19th June to 21st June and 27th July to 11 August.

Group prices and concessions remain at £9.95 per person.
