Drumlanrig Castle is the Dumfriesshire home of the 10th Duke of Buccleuch and Queensberry and one of Scotland’s finest examples of 17th century Renaissance architecture. The Castle houses items from the world-renowned Buccleuch Collection including works by Rembrandt and Holbein. On a guided tour, visitors will learn about the castle’s fascinating history, from the original ‘Braveheart’ story to Mary Queen of Scots and Bonnie Prince Charlie’s visit.'
40 acres of beautifully maintained gardens lead to the extensive estate, with walks, cycling, Land Rover tours, tearoom and shop. The Castle and Estate are open to group tours all year around and available for corporate and private events.
