How do I log into the Exhibitor Zone

The Exhibitor Zone is password protected. The username is the contact e-mail address of the person who submitted the stand booking form, and the password has been e-mailed to that address. If you have forgotten your password or have any problems, please contact the events team on 0131 472 2378.

Construct Data contacts exhibitors and using the name VisitScotland. The mailing asks exhibitors to send the form back to confirm that the exhibitor`s details are correct. By signing the form the exhibitor is committing to a full sized listing on fairguide.com, at a cost shown in small print, for three years or more, if no notice to cancel is given within 10 days of the form being returned by the exhibitor. This wording is contained in small print on the form and should be read carefully.

Where can I download the Exhibitor Manual from?

The Exhibitor Manual will be available from end January 2010. You will find the information you need within the exhibitor zone as a word document that can be downloaded onto your computer. The manual includes the full running order of events surrounding expo, the set up times and technical information for setting up your stand and ordering any extra items like additional furniture etc.
