The Angus Tourism Cooperative (ATC) has been established by a group of local businesses and organisations involved in the tourism sector in Angus. We have access to accommodation providers, tourist attractions, heritage and cultural sights, food and drink producers, championship golf courses, castles and historic houses and events and festivals. We can offer a range of visits and authentic experiences within these businesses from unique hands on farm tours to production facility tours and craft gin, beer, vodka and whisky tasting trips plus much more.

DAVAA is the leading representative for the visitor accommodation providers and businesses involved throughout Angus and Dundee.

We represent the interests of various Hotels, Bed and Breakfasts, Guest Houses, Serviced Apartments, Resorts and Self Catering Holiday Lets within the area. Our members account for over 2000 bed spaces avaialble in the area.

Attending the stand on the Wednesday will be representatives from the Invercarse and Woodlands Hotels(Redwood Leisure) and Doubletree Hilton in Dundee.
Thursday will see Malmaison Dundee and DAVAA on the stand.

Blair Castle’s story will take you from Mary Queen of Scots to the Civil War, from the Act of Union to the Jacobite cause and the disaster of Culloden, from the Isle of Man to Queen Victoria’s love affair with the Scottish Highlands and her presentation of colours to the Atholl Highlanders. 30 rooms are open to view, highlights include the Baronial Entrance Hall and armoury featuring weapons used at the Battle of Culloden, the Georgian styling of the picture staircase and the ballroom bedecked in hundreds of antlers.

Kingsbarns Distillery and Visitor Centre in the East Neuk of Fife opened its doors in December 2014. The East Newhall Farm steadings have been restored and converted into a small distillery with exhibition, tasting rooms, shop and café.

In addition to regular distillery tours, further whisky tasting options are available; with exclusive evening drinks receptions and dinner options available.

Kingsbarns Distillery is also the home of Darnley’s Gin. Tours of the Gin Cottage are available daily with the chance to learn about all things gin.
