RAF Leuchars hosts its Battle of Britain Air Show on 15 September 2012, the weekend when the Royal Air Force celebrates the exploits of ‘The Few’.

The second largest non-sporting outdoor event in Scotland, attracting audiences in excess of 40,000 people, the Show provides an opportunity for RAF Leuchars to celebrate the Service at its best.  It gives the public the opportunity to visit an operational base, watch exhilarating displays from aircraft like the multi-role Typhoon aircraft, world famous Red Arrows, and a host of other attractions.

The Show is self financing and any additional revenue raised is donated to the RAF Benevolent Fund, Royal Air Force Association and local charities.
